Windows 10 IME

Before update to windows 10 version 2004

i try to setup up a new concept on new windows 10 IME

preferred language
i try to setup to English (Singapore)  Yeah Finally get ride of English (US)

But I was not able to shift to type Chinese language

So I have to put Chinese (PRC）
as the default

but I meet into second problem
When restart, I had to shift to English in order to use normally

so I am trying out to change

Default IME in Windows 10

option to English and see what will help

3. for years i have been learning to turn fuzzy pinyin
