so we waited outside
When we go into the hotel
we do our routine check and the receptionist was stunned as initially he was caught not wearing a mask ...
and then start to ask about the newly admission case of the new guest
The receptionist started to mutter strange comments
One funny comment is that receptionist mentioned that lady
provide a passport of a guy
But my female colleague kept saying she saw a lady check-in
I was not really paying attention as I dun want to show anything to my female colleague during duty
and also that night is my last night on hotel duty
Anyway, we keep on asking for details of the guests
He want to ask the guest to answer our questions
But I rather ask the receptionist to consult his boss
so he called his boss and was put on speakerphone

The aunty speak simple mandarin and also dun know what happen.

This lady stay in Joo Chiat ... and he came to visit her friend
So she is not homeless or house under renovation as a valid to stay in a hotel...
I asked the aunty to translate to the lady...
The investigation took about 20 minutes but once the lady chatted with the aunty.
Within 1 minute, the lady take her phone and rush out of the hotel.
We knew that the original guest was inside the room but we leave the closing of the issue to the hotel.
The boss of the hotel listening partially to our conversation and he decided to come back to the hotel.
We left a word that we will return later after check the other nearby hotel.
14 July is first day that only certain hotel are allowed for staycation example Rafles hotel ....
So the next hotel also take us almost 20 minutes to fill up the complex online forms
So when we finish with that last second hotel, we return to particular hotel again.
This time, the boss of the hotel just came back from Sembawang.
He is a street smart boss and we discussed this issue.
So summary again
There is this Indian Singaporean guest who is a regular customer.
That night he invited that LADY to his room.
The receptionist was actually a housekeeper whom temporary on duty
and check-in for the lady.
The receptionist did not question why she provided a guy document

She really a pretty lady now.
My female colleague asking how the lady can come in immigration with a guy passport.

My colleague and I dun want to get involved in that case. We check with the officer and marked that hotel non-compliant NYC. We quickly left the hotel. We presumed the staff will ask those guests to leave the rooms）
